Angie's Background

photo of AngieAngie's clients have been exceedingly pleased with the quality of interaction and commitment to each session with particular attention to listening and understanding in order to determine a natural course of action designed for their needs. She is a professional personal coach trained through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and a member of the following organizations.

In addition to Personal Life Coaching, Angie has also worked in the music and catering industries for more than 20 years as a voice instructor, recording artist and entrepreneur.

As the former owner and director of A Matter of Taste catering company, Angie was responsible for managing a wide variety of events ranging from small 20 person executive luncheons to large 500 person BBQs and formal dinners. Creative menu planning and personnel management required strong organizational and communication skills where timing is critical to delivering a high quality product while respecting clients' wide-ranging financial requirements.

She has recorded two CDs and has worked with many talented musicians. Her recording of Dream in 2000, in a Vancouver-based studio, enabled her to work in an inspiring setting while maintaining a strong sense of vision for the project.

Her public speaking engagements topics are motivational in nature, drawing on personal experience to incite reflection and change. Her audiences were mostly non-profit, fund-raising organizations and women's groups.

Most importantly, her leadership skills acquired in these fast-paced and demanding environments have enabled a natural transition into the coaching world.

Angie lives with her husband and two children in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
